I, Amit Neole, was born on February 20, 1977, at 8:20 PM in Nagpur, India. As a member of the Kirar community, my birth marked the beginning of a journey that would span continents and cultures.
My Family and Upbringing
In April 1979, my parents and I relocated to Cape Verde, embarking on a new chapter in our lives. This multicultural upbringing laid the foundation for my adaptability and global perspective. Fourteen years later, my parents would relocate us to Indiana, USA. Being the only child of my parents didn't make growing up fun but their wisdom and guidance played a crucial role in shaping my character and values.
My Education
High School
In Indiana, I attended Carmel High School, known for its excellent academic programs. Despite the initial challenges of adapting to a new country, I excelled in my studies, particularly in mathematics and sciences. My passion for engineering began to take shape during these high school years. I graduated with honors from Carmel High School.
University
I was accepted into Purdue University, one of the top engineering schools in the nation. I majored in Petroleum Engineering, graduating with distinction in 1999.
Post-Graduate Studies
My academic journey led me to Texas, where I earned a Master's degree in Management. This education, combined with my innate entrepreneurial spirit, propelled me into the business world.
Personal Life
Standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, my physical stature is dwarfed by my achievements and impact. After experiencing divorce, I embraced single fatherhood, raising my two sons, now aged 18 and 14. I've been single for the past decade, demonstrating my resilience and independence.
At this point in my life, I'm seeking a partner to share my dreams and adventures. I envision us splitting our time between a serene beach house and a cozy home in the woods, while also embarking on boat cruises around the world. I now reside in Rochester, New York, where I continue to make my mark as a self-made businessman. I maintain a balanced lifestyle, occasionally enjoying non-vegan meals and social drinks, while abstaining from smoking.

My career in the oil and gas sector has been marked by consistent growth and notable achievements. After graduation, I joined a major oil company as a junior engineer. My technical acumen, combined with my ability to navigate diverse work environments, quickly set me apart.
Over the years, I've worked on contract for several leading oil firms, including ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Shell.
